Payment Methods
PayPal
PayPal provides secure online payment services. With PayPal, you can pay for
your purchase with a credit or debit card, bank account or if you are
registered PayPal user with your PayPal balance. All transactions are carried
out in UK pounds sterling only. If you are shopping from outside the UK, we can
only accept the payment through PayPal and your payment will be converted
automatically by your credit card company into your local currency. You may be
charged for this service.

dispatched once the payment clears and most banks will require up to 5 working
days to clear the cheque.
VAT
All prices are exclusive of UK Vat at 17.5%. Vat no 886 0844 83
Orders and Deliveries
Please allow one to three working days for your delivery.
Delivery times may be altered during certain busy periods, if delays are
anticipated you will be notified.
All goods are sent by recorded delivery and require signature upon delivery.
It is a Company policy to confirm the name of the addressee and the destination
address if different to registered. We may need to contact you in order to do
so.
For security purposes, all unusually high orders, in value or quantity, will
have to be verified. We may contact you and your credit provider.
If you place an order with us and then refuse the package upon delivery, all
further orders placed by you will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and refund the card holder
if we have been advised that the card use has not been authorised and the order
does not comply with our Terms & Conditions as well as, but not
exclusively, for security reasons.
Postage and Packaging
All goods are suitably packed in protective wrapping or a box.
The postage charge will appear on your screen as you go through the ordering
stages of the purchase, and will depend on the weight of the package.
All deliveries will be made by courier and will require a signature on receipt.
Returns and Refunds
We always check your goods for quality before dispatch. Should you not be
completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item (terms &
conditions apply) less postage and packaging providing that you return the
goods to us within 14 days of receiving your order from Red Dragon Balloon
Accessories. Exchange will be made only if the original receipt is included
with the goods returned. For items found to be faulty, full refund, replacement
or exchange will be given. The replacement or exchange will be sent to you free
of p&p. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund,
replacement or exchange can be given and to refuse it if the goods have been
damaged by misuse. Refunds can be made only to the original purchaser (the
receipt must be included with the returned goods). Goods damaged in transit
will be replaced and sent to you free of p&p charge. However, we must be
notified within 48 hours from the time you have received your goods. If we can
not provide the replacement, a full refund will be given. Our goods are
guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. Items that have been
altered in any way, damaged by misuse or show signs of wear , cannot be
accepted for return, credit or exchange. Improperly packed and incomplete
returns will be returned to the sender.
The refund, exchange or replacement can only be given once we receive the goods
back from you.
We recommend that you send your returns insured using Recorded or Special
Delivery Service. Our guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Consumer
Rights.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to change or amend the prices and specifications of all
products offered for sale or to withdraw them from our web site without prior
notice.
